It's up to you. When an offer is received, the buyers will tell you how much they are asking you to pay their agent, if anything. You will be able to accept, decline, or make a counter offer to their request. Luckily, by listing with Half Percent Sold, you save thousands on the seller's agent commission, which gives you the flexibility to use that savings to benefit yourself, and/or the buyers.

Only if you choose to hire a professional photographer, which we recommend. You will provide us the pictures of your home, which you can take yourself for free, or use a professional real estate photographer of your choice. The typical price range is from $100 to $300, depending on the size of your house, and the options you choose, such as video or drone shots.  Other companies may absorb this upfront fee, but they charge 5 to 6 times as much commission. This arrangement helps us continue to offer our Half Percent Sold discounted fee. There is no fee for having our lockbox or for sale sign installed.

Yes. Half Percent Sold is a licensed real estate brokerage, and will be with you every step of the way. We will provide information on recent comparable sales in your neighborhood, and come up with a strategy price to achieve your goal in selling.

At Half Percent Sold, you can list with us for any length of time, and cancel at any time for any reason.
